To take care of a citation:

You (or your attorney) may appear by mail or you may deliver your plea in person to the Court. Enclose a copy of your Driver’s License/ID with your mailed response.

If you do not respond by the APPEARANCE DATE on your citation, additional charges may be filed against you, additional fees will apply, warrants may be issued for your arrest, additional fees will apply and you may be ineligible to renew your driver’s license.

Juveniles (under 17) must appear in person with a parent/guardian, please contact the Court.
