Credit card companies will assess a fee per online service based on the amount of the payment:
$1 - $100 = $3.00
$100.01 - $200 = $6.00
$200.01 - $300 = $9.00
$300.01 - $400 = $12.00
$400.01 - $500 = $15.00
$500.01 & up = 3% of card total
