Contact the City Administrator’s Office when:
You have a concern that involves multiple departments
You have questions about City-wide policies, budget, or long-range plans
You are a business, developer, or partner organization seeking to work with the City
You need help and are not sure which department to contact
For routine service issues (water bill questions, bulk waste hours, park reservations, etc.), it’s usually fastest to contact the specific department first.

You may contact the City Administrator’s Office or your City Council member to share concerns and ideas. For service requests (potholes, code issues, parks maintenance, etc.), contacting the appropriate department directly will usually provide the quickest response, but the City Administrator’s Office is always available to help route your request.

The City Council sets overall policy and approves the annual budget, major contracts, and long-term plans. The City Administrator and staff develop recommendations, manage projects and contracts, and handle daily operational decisions within that direction and budget.
