Adoption Process
Anyone interested in adopting must complete an adoption application before meeting an available animal. Visits with shelter animals are coordinated with an Animal Control Officer to help protect the health and safety of the animals.
Before adopting, please consider whether the dog’s size, activity level, care needs, and temperament are a good fit for your home and lifestyle. Adopters are responsible for required veterinary care, including rabies vaccination and spaying or neutering.
